Academy of Engineering, Hewlett Packard, Fujitsu, and the European Commission. |

Digital technologies are irreversibly transforming the way we work and live our lives, leaving no sector untouched by the changes. The objective of the conference was to bring together major key players, employers, professional bodies, academia to discuss what these changes mean in terms of the knowledge and skills that employers will need and expect, and individuals will have to be able to provide. |

A series of workshops were held by various partners of Equalitec, sharing their work and lessons learnt through that work. The day introduced various schemes and campaigns that are working towards greater female and youth participation in ITEC and ITEC related industries, their experiences and lessons learned. |

Day two focused on Diversity from the “demand” side; how organisations can benefit from and implement diversity. The day explored policy, diversity in corporate cultures, best practice and competitiveness through innovation. |
