EQUALITEC DIVERSITY FORUMS |
Equalitec held 4 Diversity Forums over 2 years, hosted by our partner The Royal Academy of Engineering. The forums brought together many organisations: from private and public sectors, not-for-profit, SME, multinationals, to share best practice and experience.

The forums provided a platform for sharing knwoledge; they also provided the research foundation for our corporate guide:

An investigation of the ingredients for positive corporate cultures through the analysis of case studies: Citigroup, Microsoft, BBC News Interactive and West Dunbartonshire council. Keynote by Parliamentary Under Secretary of State placing diversity and Equalitec’s work in the context of government policy.
