TURN OVER A NEW LEAF

Turn Over a New Leaf is a group-based mentoring and coaching approach based on Mentoring Circles TM method developed by Inova Consultancy and adapted for Equalitec to help with employability-focused support for individuals.

This very powerful method helps individuals enhance their understanding of the barriers they need to overcome and recognise new opportunities in order to develop the skills and attitudes that lead to more effective job-seeking outcomes.

The approach has been used successfully in helping 100 women who participated in the European Advancing Women in ITEC project to develop more clear and focused action plans leading to employment after a career break.

Equalitec now offers the service to individuals seeking expert and experienced mentoring and coaching support who appear to be failing in reaching their recruitment and career advancement objectives.
